Victoria Flores (she, her, hers) is a Program Advisor Lead at CWEE. In this role, Victoria is responsible for supporting participants throughout their journey at CWEE and into employment by understanding the needs and barriers of each participant in relation to their employment goals. Victoria brings a compassionate and motivation centered approach in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Victoria worked in Houston and Dallas area school districts as a middle school choir teacher. She also served for ten years as a volunteer with the Bed Start nonprofit organization in Dallas, TX providing furniture to those in need. Victoria attended the University of Houston, where she received bachelor’s degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys baking, hiking, finding new restaurants with her partner, and playing with her dog, Max.
