Invest in Parents' Potential

In 2023, the need for CWEE’s employment support continues to grow. This year we anticipate serving more than 1,000 career seekers as they take the next steps towards a better future for themselves and their families.

The career seekers we serve face barriers to employment that require extra support to overcome and keep pace with the changing labor market:

  • 73% lack primary childcare
  • 44% do not have stable housing
  • 38% do not have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 54% cannot drive themselves to work
  • 46% have experienced or are still experiencing domestic violence
  • 27% report struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD
  • 61% lack a computer or internet access at home

With your support, CWEE is tapping the potential of workers who are too often overlooked.
