CWEE works with our participants to be successful in the hiring process.

We help you research and find open positions online. We also support you to prepare and submit your applications.

  • Support on writing resumes and cover letters

CWEE has a network of over 150 employer partners. We work to connect our participants to quality employment opportunities within this network. CWEE defines quality employment as a job that offers opportunities to advance, set schedules, strong wages and benefits.

Many CWEE participants move from Career Preparation into employment. Others go on to more education, including high school equivalency (i.e., GED), specialized skills training, or higher education.
