Volunteer Opportunities
CWEE has a number of different volunteer opportunities all aimed at supporting our work to advance career training and quality employment for vulnerable career seekers.
Our volunteer opportunities include:
- Supply and tech drives – ensure career seekers have their basic needs covered
- Career preparation support – help participants prepare for success in the hiring process

Supply & Tech Drives
Basic Needs Supply Drive
Organize a supply drive for CWEE families! We are always looking for diapers, wipes, and common hygiene items like shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.
Technology Drive
Organize an effort to collect laptops! Help CWEE close the digital divide and provide at-home computer equipment to career seekers in need.
Career Preparation Support
Mock Interviewer
Help our participants gain professional interview experience (most have never interviewed before). Mock interviews give career seekers a chance to apply the skills they are learning!
Resume Support
Provide 1:1 support to a cohort of CWEE career seekers as they prepare a resume for the job search process
Informational Interviews
Chat with a career seeker about the type of industry, company or role that you work in and share your experience. Help participants explore career pathways and answer their questions.
Career Exploration Tour
Organize a tour of your organization to help career seekers learn about different career paths and positions within a company or industry.
