Robbin Meneses (él/he/him/his) is CWEE’s Director of Human Resources. In this role, Robbin leads internal strategies to build people-centered systems that reflect CWEE’s values and support the well-being, development, and belonging of all staff. He brings a deep commitment to equity and collective care, ensuring that HR practices are grounded in cultural humility and responsive to the needs of a diverse workforce.
Prior to joining CWEE, Robbin spent over a decade working across various nonprofit sectors including, health, environmental, and immigrant justice sectors. He focused on community engagement, resource mobilization, organizational development, and equity-centered leadership. He has served on local and national review panels for arts and scholarship programs, and sits on the board of an immigrant rights organization in Colorado.
Robbin was born and raised in Miami and earned his Executive Master of Public Administration from Florida International University, with certifications in nonprofit management and human resources.
