Kirsten (she/her/hers) is a Program Advisor at CWEE. In this role, Kirsten is responsible for supporting participants throughout their journey at CWEE and into employment by understanding the needs and barriers of each participant in relation to their employment goals. Kirsten brings an empathetic and collaborative approach in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Kirsten’s career and community experience has centered around counseling and mental health services at non-profits. More recently, Kirsten worked as an educator for Denver County WIC, collaborating with families and medical providers in a clinical setting to establish and maintain nutritional goals with WIC participants.
Kirsten is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in psychology at the Community College of Denver.
In her free time, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her children and partner, traveling, exploring Denver’s social spaces and admiring art around the city.
