CWEE Stories

The lives and careers of CWEE’s participants are the most powerful expression of CWEE’s impact over the last four decades. Read some of our CWEE Stories.

40 Years of Impact

Since 1982, CWEE has empowered Colorado career seekers to achieve their personal and professional goals.

In the last 40 years the economy has ebbed and flowed, and technology has transformed the workplace and the skills that workers need to be successful.

CWEE’s commitment has remained steadfast: to evolve with the labor market and guide career seekers toward a fulfilling career and a stable economic future.

In coming decades, CWEE’s work will continue to evolve but our role endures as an essential nexus between disadvantaged career seekers, employers, and the rapidly changing economy.

40th Birthday Bash

CWEE’s 40th Birthday Bash was a joyful reunion of our alumni, participants, staff, volunteers and board members from across the decades!
