A cornerstone of CWEE’s approach to employment services is meaningful collaboration with local employers. 

Our training program is employer-focused. CWEE’s skills-training curriculum is continually updated and adapted based on the input of more than 150 employer partners and advisors. CWEE’s network of employer partners have helped us to continually evolve in response to changing economic trends along the Front Range.

CWEE offers employers in the Denver Metro area placement and retention services, as well as opportunities to share their industry expertise and support the professional development of our participants.
