Welcome Four New CWEE Employees!
CWEE wouldn’t be who we are today without our amazing staff and volunteers. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our FOUR awesome new employees!
All four bring skills and experience critical to our CWEE participants’ success and we can’t wait to welcome them to the office. Let’s get to know them:
Alexa Enamorado, Employment Services Specialist
Alexa comes to CWEE with 10 years of experience in Higher Education and over five years of experience providing academic, career counseling, and advising services to at-risk, first-generation, low-income, undocumented individuals and students with disabilities in higher education. In addition to her skills in classroom facilitation, career assessments and one-on-one coaching, Alexa brings a passion to support individuals in their pursuit of both academic achievement and employment goals. We are excited to welcome Alexa to Employment Services!
Jeanine Limone Draut, HSE Instructor
Jeanine will step into our HSE Instructor role, which will feel familiar given her experience teaching both ABE and HSE at some of our partner organizations. Jeanine is passionate about reading given that every HSE test is, in part, a reading test, and comes skilled in evidence-based practices in reading instruction. Jeanine is passionate about working with learners in all subjects and is eager to begin working with our CWEE participants and collaborating across teams in support of their success!
Megan Smith, Program Support Coordinator
Megan will be bringing her years of administrative expertise to CWEE as our new Program Support Coordinator. Megan’s most recent role was as an Office Administrator in healthcare where she focused on high-quality support for both staff and customers while honing her administrative skills in reporting and data entry. Megan’s motivation to work at CWEE comes from her desire to give back to the organization that supported her as a CWEE participant!
Elizabeth McKeon, Career Advisor for Community Programs
Elizabeth will be making the move from Kent, Washington to Denver next month to join us as our new Career Advisor for Community Programs. Elizabeth most recently served as a Training and Education Specialist at an organization committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness for single parents and their children. She brings skills in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, individual coaching and experience as an Intake Specialist – all skills we are excited to have her put to use as part of the team!
As CWEE is halfway through our 40th year of helping vulnerable workers launch their careers and move from poverty to self-sufficiency, we continue to need new talented employees to help us reach our mission! Check out our current job postings on our Careers page and consider joining our team and changing lives.
