Volunteer Spotlight

Keelyn Hutchison

CWEE would like to recognize Keelyn Hutchison, Chief Compliance Officer and Client Services Director at Michaud Capital Management, for her dedication to helping CWEE participants and consistent assistance in the mock interviewing process. Keelyn began volunteering with Employment Services in early 2017 after learning of CWEE’s mission and work through her employer. Her open and friendly demeanor made her an excellent addition as a mock interviewer. Keelyn routinely provides vital feedback to CWEE participants as they progress through the program and into employment pathway, and her volunteer work has helped CWEE participants successfully navigate employer interviews in the community. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to the CWEE mission, Keelyn!

Career Exploration Tour

Hyatt Regency Denver

CWEE staff and participants had the opportunity to explore careers in the hospitality industry thanks to our partner, Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. Participants and members of CWEE’s employment services team enjoyed a behind the scenes tour of the Hyatt and learned about the various positions that exist to not only be one of Denver’s popular destinations for both locals and visitors, but also one of Fortune 100’s Best Companies to Work for in 2017. Attendees also had a private Q & A session with key members of Hyatt’s team who shared their career paths, why they enjoy being a part of the culture at Hyatt and insider information on Hyatt’s application process. Thanks to partners like Hyatt, CWEE is able to provide career seekers opportunities to explore career options that help guide their decisions in choosing their next step towards their career path.
