Zenzal is CWEE’s Engagement Coordinator, In this role, Zenzal is responsible for assisting in building, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive engagement strategy that supports participants throughout their CWEE journey and beyond. Zenzal is responsible for helping to implement and administer effective communication and outreach and engagement initiatives, programs and events.
Zenzal brings wisdom, knowledge, experience and passion as she assist other single parents to achieve a self-supporting lifestyles, in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Zenzal held positions focused on employment and education, and community development. She trained single parents in obtaining employment and soft skills, community coaches, established and maintained relationships with community-based organizations, and assisted in fundraising and public relations. She has worked as a development coach, trainer, and program manager at Hope Communities, Inc., the Piton Foundation, and Urban League of Metropolitan Denver.
Zenzal served as a Director on numerous boards, and is an alumna of Denver Community Leadership Foundation program as well as Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE). She is a self-proclaimed “CWEE Sister.”
Zenzal attended Aurora Community College where she completed course work in Psychology. Outside of work, Zenzal enjoys reading, dancing, and board games. Zenzal can be reached at email@example.com
