Sarah Leopold is CWEE’s Vice President of Impact. In this role, Sarah is responsible for ensuring that day to day operations provide high-quality services that lead to meaningful results. Sarah brings program expertise, strategic vision, and a data-driven approach to supporting families to find economic stability through employment.
Prior to joining CWEE, Sarah worked in state government and academic research settings focused on using evidence-based problem solving to reduce poverty and to find innovative ways to help people achieve their potential. She currently serves on the board of the National Association for Welfare Research and Statistics.
Sarah graduated from the University of Michigan and Lafayette College. She enjoys exploring area restaurants with her husband and local playgrounds and swimming pools with her daughter. She can be reached at sleopold@cwee.org.
