Novella Leslie

Virtual Programs Specialist

With over 30 years of teaching experience, Novella (she, her, hers) came to CWEE in the early 90’s and has taught and facilitated a number of classes and subjects. As CWEE’s Virtual Digital Literacy Specialist, Novella has been an integral part of bringing CWEE’s amazing program to the on-line arena Novella enjoys creating curriculum and designing trainings to increase participants’ knowledge of social media, using the Internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior to coming to CWEE Novella worked for Community Technical Skills Center as an Assistant Program Director and a Classroom Facilitator.

In addition to her role at CWEE, Novella volunteers at Littleton Life Care Center, She is an active member of Hands of Praise, a gospel singing group that presents songs using American Sigh Language.

Novella has a daughter and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she and her husband are restoring a vintage 1968 American Built Coach trailer home at Lake McConaughy in Nebraska. She also enjoys spending time at her cabin near Conifer, Colorado.
