Michelle Tenorio

Manager of Employment Services

Michelle Tenorio (she, her, hers) is CWEE’s Manager of Employment Services. In this role, Michelle leads efforts to implement, and continuously optimize and adapt, CWEE’s employment program.

Michelle is dedicated to creating and sharing solutions that enable individuals, businesses, and communities to more effectively address the diversity and equity issues that arise in the workplace. Ensuring that all individuals have access to quality employment opportunities is Michelle’s professional passion.

Prior to joining CWEE, Michelle worked for a local city government in the administration, implementation, and evaluation of privately and publicly funded programs and initiatives designed to enhance a community’s economic stability, well-being, and prosperity.

Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University, where she studied Organizational Diversity and Leadership.

Michelle is a fourth-generation Denver native; a Broncos fan (she bleeds orange and blue). Michelle also enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
