Michelle Tenorio is one of CWEE’s Career Advisor Leads. In this role, Michelle provides supervision and support to the Career Advisor and TANF Specialist while providing ongoing support to participants on their journey toward their education, training, and career goals.
Michelle is dedicated to creating and sharing solutions that enable individuals, businesses, and communities to more effectively address the diversity and equity issues that arise in the workplace. Ensuring that all individuals have access to quality employment opportunities is Michelle’s professional passion.
Prior to joining CWEE, Michelle worked for a local city government in the administration, implementation, and evaluation of privately and publicly funded programs and initiatives designed to enhance a community’s economic stability, well-being, and prosperity.
Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University, where she studied Organizational Diversity and Leadership.
