Kylie Fredrickson

Career Advisor Lead

Kylie is a Career Advisor Lead for CWEE. In this role, Kylie is responsible for serving participants in CWEE’s community programs, helping them to develop skills and providing ongoing support for participants to reach their career and education goals.

Kylie is passionate about cultivating potential and helping participants remove mental barriers in their approach to work. She is also attuned to participant experience and ensuring participants are authentically engaged in programming through thoughtful communication and partnership.

Prior to joining CWEE, Kylie worked in the child welfare space, serving as the Director of Youth Engagement for a nonprofit based in Indianapolis. In this role, Kylie oversaw programming for a statewide leadership board for older foster youth who were dedicated to growing as advocates and leaders. Kylie was responsible for program administration, facilitation, outreach, and recruitment efforts. Through her leadership, the team was able to engage with hundreds of community members and service providers, increasing awareness and deepening opportunities for engagement.

Kylie attended University of California, Santa Barbara, where she studied Sociology. Kylie also has her Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California.

Though originally from California, Kylie is proud to call Colorado home. She loves spending time exploring new trails with her pup, and watching her favorite bands at Red Rocks. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, she spends a lot of time reading and listening to podcasts. Kylie can be reached at kfredrickson@cwee.org.
