Kim Dolan (she, her, hers) is a Program Advisor at CWEE. In this role, Kim supports participants to overcome barriers they may face, leverage their strengths, and ultimately meet their educational and employment goals.
A Denver native and Manual High School graduate, Kim’s career and community experience has centered around creating strong collaborations and generating entrepreneurial ideas focused on increasing economic opportunity. For many years, Kim’s work in the governmental and nonprofit space, centered on systems change in education. More recently, Kim worked as a coach to working adults pursuing higher education, and as a specialist in Denver Public Schools’ College and Career Success Department to support high school students with planning for the future.
Kim holds a B.A. in Political Science from Grinnell, College and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from CU Denver. She sits on the board of the Donnell-Kay Foundation and the Sammy Buddy Program and strives to keep up with her three spirited daughters. In her free time, Kim loves cooking, skiing, traveling and great movies.
