Jeanine (she, her, hers) is CWEE’s High School Equivalency (HSE) Instructor. In this role, Jeanine is responsible for providing individual and group instruction to adult learners who are working to obtain their high school equivalency credential. Jeanine brings knowledge and experience with literacy and numeracy, curriculum design, and adult learning in academic and workplace environments to CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Jeanine worked as an HSE and basic literacy instructor in the community college setting. She has also worked as a freelance instructional designer and technical writer and editor in government, health care, and education, helping to make complex information more accessible to nonexperts. Jeanine is also a champion for health literacy and recently served on Connect for Health Colorado’s Easy Enrollment Advisory Committee.
Jeanine is a graduate of Tufts University, where she studied sociology, and Suffolk University in Boston, where she studied adult and organizational learning.
