Elizabeth Robertson is CWEE’s Director of Culture and Talent. In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing talent management and learning initiatives to ensure alignment with CWEE’s value of creating a positive work culture that embraces ongoing learning and continuous improvement. Elizabeth’s insight into the staff experience is informed by various progressive roles within CWEE.
Prior to joining CWEE, Elizabeth worked in both nonprofit and higher education with a focus on career development. She remains passionate about implementing career development practices that value the experience and meaning of employment for all individuals and is an active member of the Colorado Career Development Association (CCDA) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
Elizabeth attended Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN and obtained her Masters in Higher Education from the University of Denver.
