Elizabeth McKeon (she, her, hers) is on of CWEE’s Program Advisors. In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for listening to and understanding the goals and barriers of CWEE participants as it relates to their employment opportunities. She brings experience in the nonprofit world, a love for the community, and enthusiasm in walking alongside individuals and families on their journey to empowerment and self-sufficiency.
Prior to joining CWEE, Elizabeth worked at a housing-first nonprofit in Seattle, WA serving as the Training and Education Specialist where she provided coaching in both workforce development and financial literacy to help meet each family’s long-term stability goals.
Elizabeth attended Covenant College, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in community development and biology.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys the outdoors, traveling, CrossFit, and a good cup of coffee.
