Elaine Lichtenberger (She/Her/Hers)
Elaine Lichtenberger is CWEE’s Business Development Representative. In this role, Elaine is responsible for garnering new community partner relationships as well as nurturing existing ones to assist in creating a multitude of opportunities for our participants. Elaine brings thorough workforce development knowledge and professional interpersonal skills in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Elaine worked in the non-profit sector, serving as the Workforce Development Specialist. She specialized in the allocation of federal funding to be used towards training, education and employment for the underserved population.
In addition to her role at CWEE, Elaine is active in the community, serving as a Mentor within the Big Brother Big Sisters of America program.
Elaine attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where she studied Journalism with a specialization in Advertising.
In her free time, Elaine enjoys writing, playing sports, design and photography. You can also often find her *guiltily* enjoying too much reality television.
