Clayton Gonzales (he, him, his) is CWEE’s Chief Program Officer. In this role, Clayton is responsible for the support and oversight of CWEE programs and to ensure those programs are mission aligned and meeting the needs of program participants. Clayton brings passion, lived experience, and expertise in support of CWEE’s work and mission.
Prior to joining CWEE, Clayton worked to end youth homelessness, serving as the Program Director and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Urban Peak in Denver.
In addition to their role at CWEE, Clayton is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Metro Denver Homeless Initiative.
Clayton attended Regis University, where they earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Religion.
In their free time, Clayton enjoys being outdoors, working in their wood shop, and spending as much time as possible with their son.
