Custom Support for Career Seekers and Their Families

Each new CWEE participant gets connected to a CWEE support team. This is a group of staff who work with you to develop a personalized plan with goals you can reach. Your support team will provide support at every step of your career journey.

Your CWEE support team will connect you to resources you need to be successful at work, including transportation, housing, and child care.

CWEE works with you at every step, including during the training program, throughout your job search, and after you have started your career. We work hard to make sure every participant has what they need to succeed in employment or education!
