CWEE works hard to ensure that our participants not only get a job, but are able to thrive and succeed in employment over the long term.

During the first year of employment, CWEE offers intensive retention support services to our recent graduates and alumni. Through scheduled check-ins, skill-building workshops, educational opportunities, and financial support, CWEE wants to help you succeed — throughout your career.

CWEE understands that the Cliff Effect is real. Our post-employment support is designed to mitigate the impacts of losing access to public assistance as your income increases so that your family’s overall financial stability is not negatively impacted. CWEE seeks to address the Cliff Effect both through our programming and our policy advocacy efforts.
