CWEE partners with Maven to support our employees and their families. Maven is an all-in-one digital health platform that supports all paths to parenthood, as well as other life stages, including menopause.
When you join Maven, you can book unlimited virtual appointments with providers across more than 30 specialties and access an extensive library of doctor-approved articles and provider-led virtual classes.
Maven benefits are offered at no cost to all CWEE employees!

Preconception & Fertility
Maven offers medical advice, expert navigation, and emotional support for those pursuing IVF, IUI, or egg freezing, as well as educational resources for people beginning to plan for their reproductive future.

Adoption & Surrogacy
For families considering adoption or surrogacy, Maven connects you with experts to help you navigate agencies and clinics, manage the steps of the process, bring a child into your home, and support the emotional well-being of parents and children.
Parenting & Pediatrics
On-demand access to pediatric and behavioral health specialists, as well as child care resources. Support to refine your parenting skills and understand your child’s development, birth through age 10.
Menopause
Aging and hormonal changes impact physical and mental health. Maven members can access virtual providers specializing in menopause, clinically approved education, and referrals to in-person support you can trust.

You don’t need to worry about insurance coverage or out-of-pocket costs for Maven. Your employer fully pays for your enrollment in Maven, so you and your partner can use it for free.

You can continue to see your chosen providers but video chat with Maven providers for guidance and second opinions. Our providers include a range of specialists you might not have access to—from midwives and doulas to diabetes coaches and career coaches. Your Care Advocate can also help you find in-person providers within your health plan if you’d like.
Partners can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same provider appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in Maternity or Fertility programs also receive content that is specific to the partner experience.

If you are already signed up for Maven, your Care Advocate is the best person to contact. If you haven’t yet signed up for Maven, you can email the Maven Care Team at support@mavenclinic.com.
Yes. CWEE will not know the names of employees that are participating in the Maven program. We will receive information about the number of CWEE employees participating in the program in aggregate (for financial and reporting purposes), but there will be no identifying information included.
