Your Care Advocate can also help you find in-person providers within your health plan if you’d like.
Partners can sign up with their own account and benefit from the same provider appointments, articles, videos, and virtual classes. Those enrolled in Maternity or Fertility programs also receive content that is specific to the partner experience.

Yes. CWEE will not know the names of employees that are participating in the Maven program. We will receive information about the number of CWEE employees participating in the program in aggregate (for financial and reporting purposes), but there will be no identifying information included.
