CWEE Happenings
Workshop: Educational Opportunity Center (EOC)
Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) will be at CWEE to provide a College 101 Workshop. This workshop is perfect for any participant who is interested in exploring educational opportunities now or in the future. After the workshop, EOC will sign up interested participants to meet 1:1 with EOC to discuss specific opportunities in more detail. Additionally, we will be having a gift card raffle and will be giving out 1-2 gift cards to participants who attend. Workshop: Thrivent/Money Canvas
Thrivent/Money Canvas will be providing a Budgeting Workshop to any interested participants. This workshop will include an emphasis on the importance of financial coaching for all. Thrivent/Money Canvas will be providing a lunch to our participants. Additionally, we will be having a gift card raffle and will be giving out 1-2 gift cards to participants who attend. It’s that time of year… coughing and sneezing season! JCC will be hosting a FREE Vaccine Clinic in partnership with King Supers/Kroger Pharmacy. Through the Rapid IT Training and Employment (RITEI) program, CCCS colleges will train up to 400 Coloradans via online platforms in a CompTIA A+ Certification or one of the five Google IT Professional Certificates for FREE! Aurora Mini-Con is set to return next week. Food Bank of the Rockies and DHS mobile food pantry
