Tax Resources
- Child Tax Credit Update
- The 2021 expansion of the Child Tax Credit (CTC) led to the biggest reduction in child poverty in modern U.S. history. By extending full eligibility to all low income households, the credit raised nearly four million kids out of poverty, and helped stabilize the family finances of millions more. Our lawmakers are making changes to that bill and they need to hear your voice to make sure the Child Tax Credit will continue.

- Tax Help
- Child Tax Credit
- ChildTaxCredit.gov is a website to help understand and get information on the Child Tax Credit, the Earned Income Tax Credit, Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit and how to file taxes.
- GetCTC.org relaunched in collaboration with the White House and US Department of the Treasury—is free to use, accessible on desktops and mobile devices, and available in both English and Spanish.
- Earned Income Tax Credit
- GetYourRefund.org will be available through October 1st for people to file federal and state income tax returns for free. As you know, there was a one-year expansion for the newly eligible population consisting of adults not raising children at home between the ages 19-24 and over the age of 65 (for those with earnings in tax year 2021).
- The Get it Back Campaign has updated their 2022 EITC Outreach Toolkit. The Toolkit contains messaging and earned media materials, a social media toolkit, and call and text scripts. They have updated the content to reflect that it’s not too late to file and that GetYourRefund.org is available through October 1st.
