Salary Range: $32,000 - $35,000

Founded in 1982, CWEE’s mission is fostering personal and professional transformation for low-income families through confidence building, customized skills training, and career advancement. CWEE has a long history of expertise and knowledge in the field of adult education and workforce development. We are advocates on many levels – from our work on poverty and education issues to our core programs and services – we work tirelessly on behalf of those we serve. CWEE’s holistic model is comprised of three key phases – preparing for employment, finding employment, and keeping employment.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Administrative Support Specialist supports the overall organization in daily operations and provision of services to CWEE participants. This position is for an enthusiastic, passionate and self-directed individual with strong communication, organizational and database skills. The Support Specialist works across all program teams and areas, assisting participants, staff, community members, employers, and partners. He/she also plays a key role in the organization through effective data collection and management.
