Employment Pathway Feature Spotlight:
Recently, CWEE participants had the opportunity to attend a career fair hosted by our partners at Emily Griffith Technical College. CWEE career seekers were able to put the skills they learned in the classroom into action and connect with local business professionals. More than 30 companies in the Denver area were in attendance and looking to hire individuals for positions in the health, business, and design industries.

"I sit on many boards and councils but the endeavor that I am most passionate about is sitting on the Board of Directors for the Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE). CWEE helps individuals receiving TANF get the education and skills necessary to obtain viable employment putting them in a position to eventually transition off of public assistance and hopefully out of poverty."
